Damaris Health and Wellness Center is a unique space in the heart of Nicosia, to fulfill the need of the contemporary individual. We aim to satisfy the need to cast away from our daily routine, against stress and urban pollution, while ensuring we provide nourishment to our body and spirit, in a holistic manner.
Inspired by Damaris, an educated lady who lived in Ancient Athens, a woman whose youth, beauty and intelligence were widely admired. A sweet, mature, proud woman, a good decision maker, logical, and wonderful she is a magical creature. An idealistic, highly imaginative, intuitive, and spiritual individual she is a visionary who inspires those around her. A very classy, elegant, and sophisticated lady, she is gentle and dynamic at the same time – a true leader. Inspired to find the “Damaris” in each and every one of us.
Our mission is to provide a space dedicated to Health and Wellness; a space to provide a holistic approach to your well-being, nurturing the mind and body. Our approach is sustained by four pillars: physical, nutritional, emotional and spiritual. The path to wellness is not one-size-fits-all. The journey is unique and different for each individual.
